Appliance inspection & repair charges
Step 1: inspection
Payment for an Inspection of your Item Is taken at the time of booking. The charges are non-refundable once the Item has been Inspected or the engineer has arrived at your property.
Our Inspection charge covers the Initial Inspection and fault diagnosis of your Item. Once complete, you will receive an email with an estimate of the cost of repair. If you go ahead, the inspection charge Is deducted from the total repair charge.

Step 2: Repair
After inspection, any parts or additional labour are quoted prior to work commencing. The balance of the estimate is payable upon acceptance of the quotation.
